Job Description

We seek a highly skilled UX Lead with a robust user experience design and strategy background who has worked with mastered and understood the Salesforce Lightning Design System. This position is ideal for an innovative designer who excels at creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for enterpriselevel applications.

Job Duties

• Leading the design team while creating usercentric solutions for digital products adhering to the Salesforce Lightning Design System guidelines
• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience
• Supporting the needs of user research and incorporating the output of research into your teams designs
• Producing highquality UX design solutions through wireframes visual and graphic designs flow diagrams site maps and prototypes
• Ensuring adherence strictly to both UX best practices and research findings while staying within the Salesforce design standards
• Continuously advocating for user needs and ensuring the design choices support user functionality and improve the overall user experience
• Plan implement and report on sophisticated user research integrating feedback from peers and partners.
• Advocate ardently for ethical and inclusive design practices driving the prioritization of inclusive features and the ethical use of AI technologies.

Job Requirements

• 68 years of UX design experience focusing on designing complex user systems
• Experience in coordinating with offshore UI development teams
• Proven expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Design System is mandatory
• UX design certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong portfolio of design projects that includes responsive websites and or applications
• Demonstrated proficiency with Figma
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent communication presentation and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in usercentered design methods and standard methodologies.
• Holistic systemlevel thinking with a deep understanding of project ecosystems and their impact on user experiences.
• Indepth understanding of design frontend and backend technology dependencies coupled with extensive experience using design systems.
• Degree in Cognitive psychology or a related field is a plus
