As an Area Manager for OEM with over 10 years of experience lead operations foster client relationships drive sales growth develop highperforming teams and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies to achieve strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Operational Oversight: Lead and manage the OEM operations within the designated area ensuring alignment with company objectives strategic plans and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with OEM clients understanding their needs negotiating contracts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and engagement.
Sales and Market Expansion: Oversee the sales process identify market opportunities develop strategies to increase market share and drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Team Development and Performance Management: Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team setting clear performance standards conducting regular evaluations and fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies implementing best practices in quality control risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience particularly in the agency domain.
Experience in handling dealership networks and a strong local network in the specified area.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
