Level 2 Business Analyst

Desired Qualifications Must each candidate must meet at least 90% listed below:

• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience performing analysis documentation and validation of business requirements in a software development environment
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience working on the implementation of enterprise systems and conducting analysis for the creation of shared enterprise components
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on analyzing data and relational databases
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on evaluating identifying and leveraging data for consolidation and reuse between different systems and stakeholders
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation including but not limited to: Use cases Data dictionary Business rules catalog Screen prototypes Screen Specifications and adhering to preestablished templates
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience of working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization including analyzing and formulating ToBe processes and requirements
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying documenting and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders
