Technical Writer

Develop and maintain technical documentation for a variety of software products systems and processes in the airline domain including user manuals system guides troubleshooting guides and API documentation.
Receive prioritize and analyze problem tickets related to airline system applications and processes and conduct RCA and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze trends patterns and recurring issues.
Translate complex technical concepts and specifications into easily understandable language for a diverse audience of endusers administrators and technical support personnel.
Create visually appealing flowcharts diagrams and schematics to illustrate system workflows processes and architectures using industrystandard tools such as Visio Lucidchart or Draw.io.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts software developers engineers and project managers to gather information validate technical content and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards regulatory requirements and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on using documentation effectively resolving queries and troubleshooting issues related to our products and systems.
Continuously review and update documentation based on feedback product enhancements and changes in business requirements to ensure relevance and usability over time.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Technical Engineering with Communication fluent English Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer and analyst in the airline industry with a solid understanding of aviation terminology processes and regulations.
Strong proficiency in English with exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Expertise in creating flowcharts diagrams and other visual aids using tools such as Visio Lucidchart or Draw.io to enhance documentation clarity and comprehension. Experience in Servicenow and JIRA is an added advantage.
Strong analytical ability to conduct RCA.
Familiarity with complex computer systems software development methodologies and technical concepts with the ability to translate them into userfriendly documentation.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements validate content and ensure documentation quality and accuracy.
Knowledge of documentation tools and technologies such as Microsoft Word Confluence as well as version control systems like Git is a plus.
