Job Description
Position: Permanent
Location : Kokapet Hyderabad
Mode of Work: Work from office 5 days
Shift Rotational Shift (Night shift only 3 months in a Year but not continuous)
Cab Available irrespective of their shift timings
Designation: Associate
Prerequisite: 14 Years of experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities: The role of IT Associate support includes specifications installation and testing of
computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines.
Install configure maintain troubleshoot windows server AD GPO DNS DHCP O365.
Implement VMware technology solutions for virtualization networking and storage
infrastructures.
Hand on experience on VM Creation VM Snapshots VM Cloning VM Templates VMware Tools
VMotion vSphere Standard switches.
Hands on experience on Configuring Troubleshooting and maintaining vCenter server.
Knowledge on SUSE Linux platform
Provide technical support to end users operations and management.
Monitor ESXi servers and troubleshoot problems.
Configuration and Troubleshooting of Storage Virtual Switches Network connections and port
groups.
Experience on Palo Alto Pep link Load Balancer Storage devices like SAN (NetApp) and network
switches (CISCO Meraki Net gear & Aruba).
Experience in Datacentre Operations Managing security permissions Backups and restoration.
Experience in maintaining private cloud infrastructure.
Experience in upgrading firmware and patch updating on ESXi hosts.
Preparing issue related documents training documents and workrelated Documentations.
Able to perform root cause analysis and documenting the same.
Experience on SQL and SAP B1 HANA Applications
Hands on experience on Microsoft Utilities / O365 AntiVirus and Veeam Backup & Replication.
