Job Title: Business Analyst III

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of the Local Funds Tracking functionality on our Webbased Salesforce application LoPro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirement gathering system analysis and working within Agile environments. This role involves creating detailed business requirement documents and user stories collaborating with technical teams for demos and UAT and managing user communications and code releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop system modifications for the Local Funds Tracking functionality.
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents and user stories.
- Coordinate with technical teams for demos UAT and code releases.
- Manage user communications effectively.
- Provide oncall support as needed based on the project phase.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
- 8 years of experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
- 8 years of experience with SQL.
- 8 years of experience with system reporting (Oracle SQL).
- 8 years of experience with systems testing (Unit Integration UAT).
- 8 years of excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- 2 years of experience in project and/or product management.
- 1 year of experience with Jira.
