Position: Avionics Software Engineer
Location: Fort Worth TX 76118
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Position Requirements
- 4 years experience in developing embedded software including hardware and software integration is required. Aviation experience is preferred.
- Requires C or C experience in a Linux development environment
- Requires familiarity with software DevOps processes.
- Requires experience with Git version control system or change management systems.
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and work assignments in an Agile Environment
- Must have strong analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers internal and external suppliers as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
- Demonstrated Communication Skills needed to brief toplevel management customers and/or large groups on an occasional basis
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering Computer Engineering or Computer Science is required.
- Aerospace Electrical Mechanical or Other Engineering degrees may be considered with applicable experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Architect and development of air vehicle IMA Software Applications
- Development of High level and Low Level Requirements
SysML modeling of software design
- Provide status updates for major program milestones
- Perform Configuration Management for developed software
