Job Description
Job Role
- Maintain and update accurate financial records including ledgers journals and accounts ensuring compliance with established accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements providing insights and recommendations for financial decisionmaking.
- Assist in the development and management of budgets forecasts and financial plans monitoring actual performance against projections and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns staying current with tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information and implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. CPA or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Minimum of 24 years of experience in accounting or finance roles demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. Familiarity with financial reporting and tax preparation software is a plus.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze financial data identify trends and provide actionable insights.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to accounting and finance.
