Admission Executive - International Curriculum School

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend admissions process for international students
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract international students
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make datadriven decisions for student recruitment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for international student recruitment
• Organize and lead campus tours open houses and other recruitment events
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted international students
• Conduct interviews and assessments of international student applicants
• Stay informed about international education trends policies and best practices
• Maintain accurate records of international student applications and admissions
• Participate in relevant international recruitment fairs and events
• Assist in developing and managing the departmental budget
• Establish and nurture relationships with international schools and educational consultants
• Contribute to the development of international student scholarships and financial aid programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Business Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in admissions student recruitment or international education
• Excellent understanding of international curriculum systems and qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially in a multicultural context
• Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
• Proficiency in a second language preferably one commonly spoken by the student population target
• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Knowledge of international student visa processes and regulations
• Ability to travel internationally for recruitment purposes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of diverse cultural nuances and international education systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment
