Job Description
- 2500 Signing Bonus

About the project:
You will be providing services for a shortform video hosting platform. It hosts usersubmitted videos which can range in duration from 3 seconds to 10 minutes. Since the launch It gained global popularity. In October 2020 it surpassed 2 billion mobile downloads worldwide. Its popularity has resulted in having an increasing cultural impact worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
- Review classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to the parameters defined by the client;
- Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders instructions procedures related and complementary to the role;
- Perform outbound calls during the investigation to collect proof of their complains from drivers and customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
What you will gain:
- 2500 Signing Bonus
- Salary without accommodation: 1298 gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 euros gross / month

MOVING FROM ABROAD Relocation package provided:
- Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city discounted from the salary then salary would be 1030 euros gross
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons sports and other opportunities for integration
