RN TelemetryContract OnsiteLocations:Kalamazoo MIWarren MIGrand Blanc MIDowagiac MIAllegan MITulsa OKJoliet ILRoles & ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Required SkillsRegistered Nurse (RN) TelemetryTraveler Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry Certifications & Clearance RequirementsBasic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
