Silber Salon is a tech startup on a mission to build solutions to uncover the power of AI to educate and empower millions of older adults globally. To achieve that weve developed an AI product designed specifically for older adults called Lotti that acts as an interactive companion to simplify technology for our users. With Lotti we build confidence and proficiency and ensure that our older adult population remains integrated and engaged in a rapidly advancing digital world.

As our Communications and Brand Manager (m/f/d) Freelance/Parttime in Berlin you will play a crucial role in shaping the companys image brand and reputation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and communications initiatives to raise awareness of our products and services engage with key stakeholders and position our company as a leader in the technology for older adults space. You are a creative storyteller with a strong background in public relations excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the media landscape.

Tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive Communication and brand strategies to enhance the companys visibility and reputation.
• Identify and leverage PR opportunities to promote our products services and thought leadership.
• Proactively identify media opportunities.
• Create compelling and engaging content including press releases blog posts articles newsletters and social media updates.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism Marketing or a related field.
• German at bilingual/native level and English at a proficient level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and communications preferably in the technology sector.
• Experience doing basic designs in Figma Canva or a similar tool.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing PR strategies and securing media coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.Experience in crisis communications and issue management.
