9 years of marketing experience
Experience in preferably luxury brand marketing and online & offline marketing

Strong business orientation & strategy development
Sound understanding & proven experience in Marketing concepts & positioning
Competitive Analysis Understanding the Customer Product Development Client Relationships
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse creative employees
Ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods approaches and departmental contribution
Expertise in digital & online strategy
Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
Good financial and budgeting skill
High energy bubbling with ideas enjoys being handson
Aptitude to bring about a revolution in the luxury / real estate industry
Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media
buying to user acquisition
Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels
Experience in running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook Google Search Display Affiliates
Should have obsessive focus on clearly measurable RO
Exceptional communicator speaking and writing clearly concisely and compellingly
Ability to be autonomously productive in an unstructured environment with little oversight from senior
management
Comfortable with structuring and conducting quantitative analysis to develop data driven decisions to grow
partnerships identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to
