JUNIOR ESG ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Collaborate in integrating ESG factors into fundamental equity investment analysis and due diligence processes.

Assist in monitoring ESG metrics within our internal equity portfolios contributing to the assessment of ESG risks and providing insights to senior portfolio managers.

Contribute to the creation of comprehensive ESG reports for internal stakeholders and support firmwide initiatives in Responsible Investment.

Participate in the formulation and execution of engagement strategies with investment targets and engage in the proxy voting process.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in the ESG landscape and regulatory frameworks playing a pivotal role in refining our ESG methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree with an outstanding academic record.

Interest in pursuing CFA or equivalent qualifications.

CPD Certifications in ESG Advising/ Analysis

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Understanding of ESG principles and sustainable practices.

Passion for equity investing and sustainability.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with adeptness in data handling and report preparation.
