SR Network Architect

As a Senior Network Architect at Moneris you will play a pivotal role indefining and implementing the network architecture for our datacenter migration project. This position requires an expert in networking technologies particularly PaloAlto Cisco ACI and Panorama.
You will be responsible for designing implementing and managing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance security and scalability.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of network architecture for the datacenter migration project. Define network requirements specifications and standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls Cisco networking devices ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and Panorama.
Optimize network performance and security through continuous monitoring analysis and optimization.
Implement best practices for network management including configuration management documentation and troubles hooting procedures.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorshiptojuniornetworkadministrators.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or related field. or Minimum of 7 years of experience in network administration with a focus on architecture and design.
Previous experience designing the architecture of server migration projects (MUST)
Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls including configuration management
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies including routers switches and ACI.
Experience with Panorama for centralized management of Palo Alto firewalls.
Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
