If so, you could become our new Area Sales Lead for our Qatar market. In this challenging job you will work out of our Doha office and you will report to our National Sales Manager – Qatar. As the new Traditional Trade Sales Lead, you will deliver the Sales Target, and Develop Sales and Distribution Fundamentals. To manage the day to day sales operation and supervise a team of Sales Reps in the assigned area in a responsible manner in accordance to set targets, business plan and Arla standard. You will be responsible for: • You will directly lead a team of Sales representatives. You will be required to organize, supervise, coach members of the sales team, making sure that all set targets are consistently met • Develop and manage wholesale business in line with the company objectives • Manage the accounts within the assigned area/ account. Plan the routes in the area, as well as the daily activities • Develop and maintain customer relationship. Propose and initiates listings, BDA & display agreements with customers. Develop and implement together with the customer the yearly sales strategy • Conduct periodical sales meetings internally and externally. Analyze sales data and report findings to the superiors. Keep track of client information and forecast future trends • Ensure that the promotion plans are communicated to the customers and sales staff and correctly implemented. Take steps to improve visibility of products • Responsible for the collection in Traditional Trade • Responsible for all company assets in Traditional Trade • Control market return within the agreed limit
