Job Description
Education: High school diploma or relevant training courses in heavy industry or manufacturing.
Technical skills: Basic understanding of cold rolling processes and the equipment used in them, such as rollers and ovens.
Practical Skills: Ability to assist the operator in operating machinery, and accurately monitor rolling operations according to established standards.
Commitment to safety: Adherence to security and health procedures while working in the rolling mill, and working to achieve a safe working environment for everyone.
Communication and Collaboration: The ability to interact effectively with the work team and coordinate with supervisors to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality.
