Job Description
Education: High school diploma or relevant training courses in heavy industry or manufacturing.
Technical Skills: A basic understanding of cold drawing processes and the equipment used in them, such as presses and hydraulic hammers.
Practical Skills: Ability to assist the operator in operating and adjusting machinery, and to carry out operations accurately according to specified standards.
Commitment to safety: Adherence to security and health procedures while working, and ensuring the safety of operations and workers.
Communication and Collaboration: Ability to interact effectively with the team and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
