Job Description

People Systems Analyst, Workforce Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive system design, implementation and enhancement of workforce management strategies, programs, and tools.
  • Collaborate with organizational design owners and finance business controls to develop forecasts, budgets, and staffing models that support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making related to workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track workforce effectiveness and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition systems, HRIS, and other relevant People and business systems.
  • Assist in the delivery and administration of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity considerations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management, sharing knowledge and insights with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, workforce planning, or related roles, preferably in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in workforce management tools and systems; experience with HRIS, ATS, and BI tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, remote work environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
