Senior Scrap Monitor

Education: High school diploma or diploma in a related field, preferably educational or training experience in scrap management.

Technical skills: A deep understanding of scrap collection and classification processes, and the ability to evaluate the quality and type of scrap.

Practical skills: Ability to use inspection and measurement tools, and implement correct procedures to sort and store scrap in an efficient manner.

Compliance and Safety: Adherence to laws and regulations related to health and safety in the field of scrap collection and storage.

Communication and Collaboration: Ability to deal with customers and suppliers tactfully, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
