Job Description
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in communications, information technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of communications systems (e.g. VoIP, PBX, telecommunications systems).
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCNA Collaboration or certifications from well-known companies in the communications field are preferred.
Practical Skills: Ability to install and maintain communications equipment such as telephones and network systems.
