Job Description

Lead and oversee the MEP aspects of hotel projects during the pre-contract and design stages, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including architects, developers, and contractors to establish MEP design concepts, specifications, and feasibility studies.

Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-contract phase, conducting site assessments, reviewing project briefs, and developing MEP strategies.
