Job Description

Responsible for creating an annual strategic plan defining geographic, product and pricing goals to guide acquisition efforts and support the Company's overall strategic plan
The incumbent is responsible for finding, acquiring and prioritizing acquisitions for the company. He/She will scrutinize all property deals and find properties in areas and price ranges consistent with the Business strategy, while optimizing the return on investment and minimizing risk to the Company
