Job Description:

• Native Spanish speakers with EU passports or valid work visas to work in Serbia
• Lead a team of Spanish Conversion Agents in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their conversion skills and performance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a sales environment
• Experience in the forex industry is a plus
• Ability to drive team success and foster a positive working environment
