Job Title: Dynatrace Application Monitoring Engineer (Ld Systems Engineer)

Develop and implement Dynatrace SaaS solutions for intelligent observability across cloud and hybrid environments focusing on application and infrastructure performance monitoring.

• Develop Dynatrace dashboards for critical business processes
• Assist in migrating from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS/Azure
• Configure performance monitoring tools and conduct data trend analysis
• Build Technical Operations Center event management capabilities with Dynatrace
• Maintain endtoend performance monitoring for applications and environments
• Analyze performance data and set monitoring thresholds KPIs and SLAs
• Integrate system alerts into a unified monitoring solution
• Support data organization and enterprise monitoring instrumentation

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8 years overseeing software systems design and implementation
• 5 years in Dynatrace including synthetic monitoring and API usage
• Experience with Dynatrace SaaS DQL Logs on Grail and Business Events
• Proficiency in cloud monitoring (AWS/Azure) and enterprise log analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage large datasets

• Dynatrace certification and Azure tooling experience
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and IaC tools (Terraform Jenkins Git Ansible)
• ITIL Foundations v3 within 180 Days preferred
