As the Country Sales Head you will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong customer relationships and expanding market share within country/region. You

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Provide guidance coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys presence in the country/region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster longterm partnerships.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for strategic differentiation and market advantage.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual sales plans budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales data market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs challenges and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing strategic guidance and customized solutions to address their business requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives to ensure ongoing loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing product development and other crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap marketing campaigns and customer requirements.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to inform product enhancements pricing strategies and gotomarket initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the software industry with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of the country/regions business landscape market dynamics and cultural nuances.
