Job Description

As the Country Sales Head you will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong customer relationships and expanding market share within country/region. You
will lead a team of sales professionals develop strategic sales plans and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.

Location: Hybrid / Remote anywhere in UK The Netherlands Sweden

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide guidance coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys presence in the country/region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for strategic differentiation and market advantage.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop annual sales plans budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and resource allocation.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs challenges and priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing strategic guidance and customized solutions to address their business requirements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives to ensure ongoing loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product development and other crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with product roadmap marketing campaigns and customer requirements.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to inform product enhancements pricing strategies and gotomarket initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the software industry with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Strong business acumen strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Deep understanding of the country/regions business landscape market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Passion for technology and innovation with a keen interest in software products and solutions.
  • Ability to travel within country/region as needed.
