Salary: $55000 plus performance bonus

Job Overview:
RVP Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in the recruiting and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience with a preference for those who have worked in the tech industry. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by generating leads scheduling appointments and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales:

• Make highvolume outbound calls to potential clients daily.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling networking and research.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Engagement:

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the leadership team.
• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their staffing needs.
• Present and promote the company’s recruiting and staffing services to potential clients.

Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses.

CRM Management:

• Maintain and update CRM with all customer interactions and followup activities.
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven experience in the recruiting and staffing industry.
• Experience in the tech industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
