We are seeking a Content Strategist Team Lead to join our Editorial team.

The main focus for you will be:

• To build a strong worldwide team of professional writers;
• To define a clear strategy and direction for the BEINCRYPTO audience to grow and implement related processes;
• Manage content production of publications for the main domains of BEINCRYPTO.

Tasks

• Develop and manage the implementation of the global content strategy and editorial calendar for the main companys domains;
• Manage and lead Content Strategy team providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure their success and professional growth;
• Collaborate closely with the SEO marketing editorial and partnership teams to ensure a cohesive and effective content strategy across all platforms;
• Drive the implementation and execution of the SEO marketing editorial and partnership strategies and tactics in the content strategy to achieve key results;
• Analyze the main domains content plan SEO optimization and make improvements;
• Analyze competitors and target audience for the main companys domains;
• Research crypto trends and user behavior for the main companys domains to form holistic content/technical strategy approach;
• Provide thought leadership and project management across strategic initiatives;
• Develop content testing frameworks to better standardize and optimize content development efforts globally and locally;
• Check the accuracy of articles and propose edits as needed.

Requirements

• English as a native/fluent speaker (is a must);
• Crypto enthusiasm and wide knowledge about crypto (is a must);
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment (510 people);
• Strong analytical skills: good knowledge of Google Analytics Ahrefs search console other analytical tools SEO and keyword research;
• Deep understanding of the implementation and execution of marketing editorial and partnership strategies and tactics to achieve key results;
• Strong communicative skills and leadership vibe you will have a lot of communication with departments;
• Handson experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress);
• Proven work experience in an analytics/management/editorial role;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills attention to detail;
• Strong project management capability and detail orientation.
