Job Description
- Monitor the progress of repairs and services performed by the team and adjust as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Update reception team with the status and repair time needed of each vehicle.
- Educate and instruct team member to learn and improve their mechanic skills.
- Organize and coordinate the day-to-day workshop operations & prepare all required repairs’ reports.
- Monitor the parking lot space availability and coordinate with the drivers to maximize capacity.
