Digital Marketer - Performance Marketing SEO

WHAT YOULL DO

As a digital marketer you will own the Performance Marketing and SEO channels at Peoplebox. You will

• Run PPC and Display Ads on different channels to build a steady qualified pipeline from Performance Marketing.
• Work with internal and external teams to improve SEO and increase organic traffic and MQLs.
• Ensure Conversation Optimisation to
• Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitors.
• Improve conversion rate from website visitor to gated submit event (resources webcasts trials).
• Improve conversion from website visitors to demo request
• Work with content team to manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts Whitepapers ebooks reports webinars infographics landing pages etc.)
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation CRM) used to generate distribute and report on leads.
• Establish closedloop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and convert customers
• Conducting customer competitor and product research
• Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
• Propose new and improved marketing campaign ideas

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in Performance marketing for 3 years preferably in a SaaS company.
• Experience in running highbudgets PPC Ads and with conversation optimisation.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features
• HTML/CSS Canva handson experience is an advantage
• Expertise in SEO/ SEM Google Analytics
• Experience with Keyword Research Analysis.
• Proven skills with On page / Off Page SEO.
• Datadriven and researchoriented

• Experience in a 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 journey in a SaaS startup
• Deep understanding of conversion optimization
• SEO experience
