Job Description
Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit for a Human Resource Business Partner for our client who's a premier specialty commercial construction contractor in interior and exterior finishes. This is an onsite position in their corporate office located in Orlando FL.

- Employee relations – conflict resolution employee engagement policy implementation communication performance management
- Leave & Disability processing and tracking – compliance and communication
- Training & development – needs assessment program development implantation career development conversations & succession planning.
- Monthly HR metrics consolidation and reporting – data collection reporting benchmarking leading indicators
- Staying up to date on HR trends best practices laws
- Networking
- And other duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in human resources.
- 510 years of progressive experience in a human resources capacity
- Interface professionally with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to anticipate problems find solutions and prioritize work accordingly;
- Welldeveloped time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity confidentiality tact discretion and judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook and Excel);
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
