Job Description
Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant
Engagement Duration: 89 weeks
Location: The role offers flexibility with the opportunity for remote work with occasional collocation at clients Dallas office as needed for collaborative meetings.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant to support a digital transformation operating model assessment project. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business and technical skills to help drive the digital transformation initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in comprehensive assessments of the current digital and technological landscape.
- Conduct detailed evaluations of existing technology infrastructure and architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Provide support in developing actionable recommendations for future digital strategies aligning with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Investigate digital solutions and strategies implemented by other organizations providing comparative analysis and insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget constraints.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- 8 years of experience in digital strategy consulting with a focus on digital transformation projects.Proficiency in assessing technology architecture digital systems and emerging technologies.
- Emerging technology experience like AI AR/VR etc
- Strong understanding of business processes strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with experience in presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and comparative analysis.
- Ability to bridge business and technical aspects ensuring integrated solutions and strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the aviation sector or with similar industries.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS) are beneficial.
