Slip Seat Yard Driver

We are looking for a dedicated Slip Seat Yard Driver to join our team. This role involves moving trailers to and from doors as directed by the customer entering moves into a tablet and conducting yard checks. The position requires working 12hour shifts on a set schedule ensuring daily home time. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a quarterly safety bonus.

Work Schedule: The base shifts are from 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM or from 06:00 PM to 06:00 AM running from Saturday to Wednesday. This schedule ensures drivers have consistent workdays and the benefit of daily home time.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $23.50 per hour for day shifts; $24.00 per hour for night shifts
• Pay Increases: Reviewed annually
• Bonus: $200 quarterly safety bonus
• Holiday Pay: Yes
• Vacation Pay: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Move trailers to and from doors as directed by the customer
• Enter moves into a tablet accurately and promptly
• Conduct regular yard checks to ensure efficient trailer management
• Maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency in all operations
