Job Description
- Support client in designing business data to logically model it, understanding of data modelling well enough to physically model it and then understand the processing and performance issue to design the ETL processes using RESTful interface via Siebel inbound API calls with Siebel CRM systems
- Proactive with Solution oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for Client requirements
- Hands On experience on Siebel Web Services experience (Inbound & Outbound), Siebel Sales, Service and Loyalty IP version 2022.12 or higher application configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Interact with senior leaders, understand their business goals, lead the delivery of the workstreams by travelling to Trivandrum Kerala during key milestone activities like design workshop, SIT, UAT and Cutover
