Your Day to Day
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of strategic B2B and B2C marketing plans for the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand and property managed outlets including effective resource deployment, for their implementation to drive total revenue, brand preference and market share growth. The role includes collaborating with the S&M leadership team on property to identify optimal segmentation for the hotel and outlets with clear targets & objectives per target and responsibility for ensuring systems and tracking is in place for evaluation of effectiveness against all marketing investments.
The role is accountable for messaging and imagery control on property, internal marketing processes and management of external marketing partners. Furthermore the role is responsible for creative Strategy, channel section and media mix to achieve objectives against established budgets.
You will be overseeing the functions of marketing communications and public relations of the Hotel, restaurants and bars, Conference and events, Spa and all leisure activities. You will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and activities, external and internal, as well as the management of a high performing culture within the Sales and Marketing teams.
