Job Description
Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
Permits and Certificates: A permit as a registered engineer and relevant certificates are preferred.
Technical skills: Experience in managing and monitoring engineering projects, and a deep understanding of engineering designs and specifications.
Personal skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Legal Knowledge: An understanding of local and international laws and regulations related to construction and engineering projects.
