Job Description
Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
Technical skills: Mastery of risk analysis tools and specialized software such as ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and management information systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and strategic skills, effective communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
Knowledge of laws: A comprehensive understanding of standards and regulations related to risk management and compliance.
Managerial Capabilities: Ability to develop and implement risk management plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide periodic reports to senior management with recommendations to improve performance and reduce risks.
