Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare budget forecasts and monitor cash flow to ensure the financial health of the academy.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and generate financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making by the management team.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for various departments within the academy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide the necessary documentation and information for annual audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the academy’s assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
