Basic salary : R19000 per month

Requirements

• German speaker with professional fluency level B2 or higher
• Proactive and performing well under pressure
• Excellent attention to details
• Flexible and openminded to ongoing changes and training
• Matric or higher
• Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
• FSB registered a big bonus
• Previous work experience in Medical Assistance Insurances Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Claims services.
• Replying to incoming email enquiries
• Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.
• Efficient start to end claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
• Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
