Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling networking and other lead generation methods

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitable margins for the company

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions

Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the staffing industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
