Job Description

Dedicated truck drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike other dedicated accounts our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver youll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1400 per week.

As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver you can expect:

Competitive pay:

  • Average $1725 per week; $90000 per year
  • Guaranteed minimum of $1400 per week if available to work the entire week and training is completed
  • Starting pay is .66 cpm
  • Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
  • Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts)
  • Detention breakdown and layover pay when applicable
  • Companysponsored per diem program
  • Home weekly; drivers who accept twoweek assignments with a 34hour reset on the road will receive an additional $200 in per diem

Job Requirements:

  • Drivers must have Class A CDL
  • Adaptable to change and the desire to work with a wide variety of freight
  • Occasionally support other operations when needed to ensure youll always be rolling
  • Serve multiple customers working for one account at a time (a minimum of one week or until the customers needs are met) then haul another dedicated customers product

Job Requirements:

  • Must live within 100 miles
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractortrailer experience within the past 3 years including at least 6 months OTR experience
  • Must have Class A CDL
  • Must apply for tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire and must obtain tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire will be reimbursed upon receipt
  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
  • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
  • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
  • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater following too closely improper passing traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
