TopTalent Recruitment Agency is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Specialist with Turkish for their Lisbon office. The successful candidate must be based in Portugal or be an EU citizen with a visa and eligible to work in Portugal without sponsorship. The role involves evaluating online social media or advertising content.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Sales Specialist you will often engage in the Connect Shop and Buy phases of the customer journey. You will help customers explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.
- Sales can engage via phone or chat. You need to ensure that the customers have the same type of experience as he/she would get as oneonone while visiting a physical store.
- You might need to give the Customers information about the store including its location and hours upon their request.
REQUIREMENTS
- Flawless communication skills both written and oral in Turkish (C2) Proficient in English (B2);
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
- Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
- Working in a dynamic environment with customer satisfaction in mind;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Interest in self and team KPIs focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be;
- Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
