Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a BPO with great employee satisfaction ratings to find a Frenchspeaking Quality Analyst (Content Moderation).

Position: Quality Analyst (Content Moderation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess usergenerated content including but not limited to text images videos and audio files according to predefined guidelines and policies
• Conduct thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards terms of service and legal requirements
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to improve their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Operations Training and Product Development to continuously improve moderation processes and tools
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes related to content moderation and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English (C1) and French (C1) must be able to read and speak the language with an emphasis on great grammar skills
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance preferably in a BPO or tech company environment
• Strong understanding of online community standards legal requirements and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with machine learningbased moderation tools and technologies will be considered as an advantage.
