Creative Director Onsite

Location: Onsite in Sandton

Hours: Based on US time (3 PM 12 AM)

Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory: Own a car for the hours onsite ( no Uber or public transport )
Mandatory: Lead a team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 artists.
• Lead the layout artist team.
• Communicate training to the team effectively.
• Manage workflow within the department to ensure efficiency.
• Implement measures to ensure all work is accurate and meets highquality standards.
• Enforce and maintain highquality standards consistently.
• Ensure a 24hour proof turnaround time.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in an art director or similar role.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
