We are looking for a Technical Project Lead ( C# ) who will be responsible for ensure the successful initiation planning execution control and completion of our projects. They will guide team members on technical aspects conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts and lead project development production support and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in technical project management and leadership roles.
- Experience in software quality assurance and compliance.
- Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation such as specifications and reports.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Lead the project team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Manage and ensure completion of timesheets and the invoicing process by deadlines.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for daily customer interactions proactively addressing issues to prevent escalations.
- Create functional and technical specification documents and review them for accuracy and completeness.
- Track and manage open tickets/incidents ensuring timely closure within established deadlines.
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs by the delivery team including yourself.
- Encouraging continuous improvement within the team promoting efficiency quality and costeffectiveness.
- Ensure compliance of the project with software quality processes and timelines.
- Serving as the single point of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Promoting teamwork motivating mentoring and developing team members.
- Providing application production support according to established processes and the RACI Matrix.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
