Job Title: PeopleSoft HR Data Manager

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HR database ensuring data accuracy consistency and security.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with HR and IT teams to support data needs and system enhancements.
• Design develop and generate custom reports and queries to support HR operations and decisionmaking.
• Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues and provide support to endusers.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Train and support HR staff on data management practices and the effective use of PeopleSoft HR modules.
• Document data management processes system configurations and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Data Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HR Data Manager or in a similar data management role.
• Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and PeopleTools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
