Job Title: PeopleSoft HR Data Manager
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HR database ensuring data accuracy consistency and security.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR and IT teams to support data needs and system enhancements.
- Design develop and generate custom reports and queries to support HR operations and decisionmaking.
- Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues and provide support to endusers.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Train and support HR staff on data management practices and the effective use of PeopleSoft HR modules.
- Document data management processes system configurations and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Data Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HR Data Manager or in a similar data management role.
- Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and PeopleTools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
