Job Title: PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the PeopleSoft HR modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits and Time & Labor.
- Perform regular system maintenance including updates patches and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system improvements and new features.
- Develop and maintain custom reports queries and interfaces to support HR operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues providing timely support to endusers.
- Ensure data integrity and security by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
- Train and support HR staff on the effective use of PeopleSoft HR modules.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules and PeopleTools.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
