Job Description
Job Title: Ivanti Senior Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
- Migrate Ivanti to the cloud
- Update the appearance of the SelfService Portal
- Update the inventory of assets captured within Ivanti
- Develop SelfService modules and workflows for nonIT groups within Operations Management
- Create Ivanti visualizations and dashboards
- Develop dashboards to provide the status of critical processes
- Analyze and update the current ticketing system for improved efficiencies
- Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with the Ivanti suite of products
- Experience with Ivanti Workflows
- Proficiency in developing applications
- Expertise in designing and creating software applications
- Skilled in automating workflows and IT tasks
- Familiarity with ticketing systems by Ivanti or similar platforms
- Experience in customizing features related to IT workflows and ISM modules
