Job Description: Work statement is a nonmanagerial role nonleadership role.
Regular and predictable attendance is required

Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships inservice requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Monitors supplier quality delivery and financial performance to identify potential risks issues and opportunities. Develops and executes supply base plans and integrates with customer program and commodity strategies. Identifies and participates in business and costs savings initiatives. Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities. Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies.

Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships inservice requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Manages and monitors supplier quality delivery and financial performance. Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs. Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer program and commodity strategies. Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies. Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers customers and programs.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
35 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience 13 years related work experience etc.)
35 years Experience in a Supply Chain Role or program/project management role

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Technical or engineering degree
Aerospace experience
Manufacturing experience in machining/metal work or tooling
Supplier quality/performance experience

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel (up to 20%)
