Job Description:
- Lead digital transformation with Lean Agile methods.
- Coach for business agility and value maximization.
Essential Functions:
- Establish Lean Agile coaching model.
- Conduct assessments and create change roadmaps.
- Track crossfunctional effectiveness.
- Facilitate ValueBased OKRs.
- Support understanding of customer needs.
- Ensure quality targets and manage value flow interruptions.
- Provide transparency with consolidated backlogs and roadmaps.
- Guide Jira and Jira Align configuration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related field (or 4 extra years of relevant experience).
- 10 years with Lean Agile methodologies leading Agile transformations.
- 3 years coaching Agile enablement (preferred).
KSAs:
- Expert in Lean Agile practices (SAFe Scrum Kanban XP DevOps).
- Advanced in Product management DevOps Test automation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Agile tools.
- Excellent problemsolving communication prioritization and change management.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Certifications:
- SAFe Program Consultant (preferred)
- Scrum Master (CSP) (required)
- Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (required)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
- IC Agile ICPACC (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Professional (preferred)
